Hemirhamphodon Tengah (Hemirhamphodon tengah) is a ray-finned fish of the family Zenarchopteridae. It inhabits freshwater waters in pelagic environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 3.6 cm. With a trophic level of 3.1, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.
Can be distinguished by the following characters: small size (maximum size 35.5 mm SL), few pectoral, usually 8; 13-15 dorsal fin rays; and anterior position of the anal fin origin, usually under dorsal-fin ray 5 or 6 .
