Dorsal spines (total): 9 - 11; Dorsal soft rays (total): 20 - 26; Anal spines: 3; Anal soft rays: 29 - 34; Vertebrae: 38 - 42. Greenish above but predominately silvery; dark line at base of posterior part of dorsal; fins usually yellowish except for edging of dark on tail fin, and usually a dark spot on edge near anterior end of anal fin .: fusiform / normal.
