Emery's pygmygoby (Trimma emeryi) is a ray-finned fish of the family Gobiidae. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in reef-associated environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 2.5 cm. It occurs at depths between 6 and 48 metres. It is assessed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Characterized by yellowish pink head; bluish grey to translucent pale yellowish body with dark brown scale margins forming network; red iris; all pectoral rays unbranched; branched fifth pelvic ray; longitudinal scale series 24-25; median predorsal scales 7-8; cheek or opercle without scales; depth of body 4.6 in SL .: fusiform / normal; Cross section: compressed.
