Pseudomystus Sobrinus (Pseudomystus sobrinus) is a ray-finned fish of the family Bagridae. It inhabits freshwater waters. This species can reach a maximum total length of 6.2 cm. With a trophic level of 3.2, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Data Deficient on the IUCN Red List.
Dorsal spines (total): 1; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7. Diagnosis: Color pattern consists of strongly contrasting brown and yellow/cream vertical bands on the body. Snout slightly bulbous. Adipose-fin base short 14.7-19.9% HL. Pectoral-fin spine 15.4-18.3%SL. Maxillary barbel not reaching beyond opercle. Caudal fin with one brown band .: elongated.
