Tobago coralbrotula (Ogilbichthys tobagoensis) is a ray-finned fish. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in reef-associated environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 2.9 cm. It occurs at depths between 0 and 5 metres. With a trophic level of 3.1, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Data Deficient on the IUCN Red List.
Dorsal soft rays (total): 65 - 72; Anal soft rays: 50 - 54; Vertebrae: 38 - 40. This species is characterized by the following: snout with depression above the eye; no scales on cheek; dorsal fin rays 67-72, anal fin rays 46-51; otolith with separated colliculi; anterior part of posterior inner pseudoclasper thorn-like, directed forwards .
