This species is distinguished by the following characters: with a black stripe that runs from eye to base of caudal fin, interrupted by white iridescent lines on head and broken on rear body and caudal peduncle into three discrete black spots centered just above lateral line; lower half of head and body pale .: fusiform / normal.
