📖 Overview
Occurs some distance offshore over a soft bottom, in deep water . The stomachs of the specimens which were examined contained mainly undigested blue-green algae and empty diatom frustules. Crustacean fragments and unidentifiable insect remains were also found . Maximum depth from Ref. 58018.
