Tuamotuichthys Schwarzhansi (Tuamotuichthys schwarzhansi) is a ray-finned fish of the family Bythitidae. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in deep-water environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 7.4 cm. It occurs at depths between 440 and 492 metres. With a trophic level of 3.3, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Data Deficient on the IUCN Red List.

Dorsal soft rays (total): 71 - 79; Anal soft rays: 58 - 62; Vertebrae: 50 - 51. This species differs from its congeners by the following characters: longer predorsal distance, 34.0-36.0 % SL; no pseudobranchial filaments; 1 opercular spine; absence of interorbital and occipital head pores; 71-79 dorsal-fin rays; 58-62 anal-fin rays; 23 pectoral-fin rays; 11-12 precaudal and 50-51 total vertebrae .: elongated.
