Spectrolebias Reticulatus (Spectrolebias reticulatus) is a ray-finned fish of the family Rivulidae. It inhabits freshwater waters. This species can reach a maximum total length of 2 cm. With a trophic level of 3, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Near Threatened on the IUCN Red List.

🐟 Physical Description
Diagnosis: Males with body sides greenish blue, with dark red crimson pigmentation concentrated on the exposed margin of each flank scale, producing a reticulate color pattern; a black and light blue spot on the anterior part of dorsal fin; dorsal and anal fins fan-shaped. Dorsal fin-rays 23-25 in males and 13-15 in females; fin origin between neural spines of fourth and fifth vertebrae in males. Anal fins 21-22 in males, 18 in females .: short and / or deep.
