Solocisquama Stellulata (Solocisquama stellulata) is a ray-finned fish of the family Ogcocephalidae. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in deep-water environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 9.3 cm. It occurs at depths between 274 and 550 metres. With a trophic level of 3.3, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Centers of scales flecked with black around bases of apical spines . Tubercles on dorsal surface of disk with simple spines, elsewhere on body with multi-spined tubercles, especially prominent on principal tubercles of tail; fins without tubercles. Rostrum with a large multifold median spine protruding beyond its neighbors, terminating in 5 or more flaring spinelets .: short and / or deep; Cross section: flattened.
