Scorpaenopsis Pluralis (Scorpaenopsis pluralis) is a ray-finned fish of the family Scorpaenidae. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in benthic environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 7.4 cm. It occurs at depths between 100 and 110 metres. With a trophic level of 3.8, it is a mid-level predator. It is assessed as Data Deficient on the IUCN Red List.
Dorsal spines (total): 12; Dorsal soft rays (total): 9; Anal spines: 3; Anal soft rays: 5. Occipital pit deep. Mouth oblique, the gape forming an angle of about 35°. Maxilla not reaching a vertical at rear edge of orbit. Lower opercular spine divided into 2-4 points. Posterior lacrimal spine divided into 3 points (Ref 42181).
