📖 Overview
The Arctic Ocean is warming faster than any other ocean. Historical fisheries (Barents Sea cod) sit at its margins. As ice retreats, new fishing zones open - the 2018 Central Arctic Ocean Fishing Agreement preemptively banned commercial fishing across most newly-accessible waters until stocks are understood.
