Rasbora Vietnamensis (Rasbora vietnamensis), first described by ev, 2013 is a tiny fish in the family Cyprinidae (order Cypriniformes). Adults typically reach 3.90 cm in maximum length. It inhabits freshwater systems including rivers, streams, and lakes. It occurs in Tropical waters. It is broadly omnivorous, taking invertebrates, plant matter, and detritus.

Distinguished from all congeners by following characters: lateral line incomplete, not reaching pelvic fin base; 4-7 perforated scales; middle of flank from gill openings to caudal fin base with dark brown stripe, not widened posteriorly; second light yellowish stripe located above dark brown stripe; body and fins lacking red pigmentation .: elongated.
