Pseudolaguvia Tenebricosa (Pseudolaguvia tenebricosa) is a ray-finned fish of the family Erethistidae. It inhabits freshwater waters in benthic environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 3.2 cm. With a trophic level of 3.1, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms. It is assessed as Data Deficient on the IUCN Red List.
Dorsal spines (total): 2; Dorsal soft rays (total): 6; Anal spines: 0; Anal soft rays: 10. Differs from the only other member of the genus Pseudolaguvia tuberculata in having an adipose fin not reaching posterior insertion of dorsal fin, a narrower head (23.8-25.1 versus 26.7% SL) , and a shorter snout (12.8-14.3 versus 16.7% SL) .
