Ostorhinchus Urostigmus (Ostorhinchus urostigmus) is a ray-finned fish of the family Apogonidae. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in reef-associated environments. This species can reach a maximum total length of 15 cm. With a trophic level of 3.7, it is a mid-level predator.
Peduncular spot large in young, but fades proportionally reduces in size with age, and often absent in adults .: fusiform / normal.
