Occella Kuronumai (Occella kuronumai) is a ray-finned fish. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in benthic environments. With a trophic level of 3.2, it is a low-level carnivore, feeding on invertebrates and small organisms.
Dorsal spines (total): 11 - 13; Dorsal soft rays (total): 9 - 10; Anal spines: 0; Anal soft rays: 17 - 20. Closely resembles O. iburia in general appearance, but differs by having a few enlarged subpectoral plates, and 35 or fewer dorsolateral and ventrolateral plates.: elongated.
