🐟 Physical Description

Dorsal soft rays (total): 9 - 10; Anal soft rays: 14 - 16; Vertebrae: 30. This species is distinguished from its congeners by the following set of characters: presence of humeral blotch; pattern of irregular vertical rows of red dots on flank; brown spots on the entire anal fin; black distal stripe present; pectoral fin with red dots; caudal fin with a single stripe on ventral portion; and light blue iridescence with black dots on caudal fin dorsal portion present .: elongated; Cross section: oval.
