Loricaria Cuffyi (Loricaria cuffyi) is a ray-finned fish of the family Loricariidae. It inhabits freshwater waters in benthic environments. With a trophic level of 2.4, it is an omnivore, consuming both plant and animal matter. It is assessed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.
It has a subtle, shallow, and rounded postorbital notch, with weakly developed odontode ridges on the dorsal surface of the head and predorsal area. The abdominal plates are tightly connected, fully covering the median abdominal region and the pectoral girdle. It also has a higher count of anterior lateral plates and distinctive coloration traits.: elongated.
