Glyptothorax Sentimereni (Glyptothorax sentimereni), first described by Praveenraj & Vijayakrishnan, 2026 is a small fish in the family Sisoridae (order Siluriformes). Adults typically reach 8.20 cm in maximum length. It inhabits freshwater systems including rivers, streams, and lakes. It occurs in Subtropical waters. It is broadly omnivorous, taking invertebrates, plant matter, and detritus.

Dorsal spines (total): 1; Dorsal soft rays (total): 6; Anal soft rays: 8 - 9. This species is distinguished from its congeners by the following set of characters: presence of plicate ventral surface of pectoral-fin spine and first pelvic-fin ray; thoracic adhesive apparatus completely encinctured by striae; dorsal-fin spine (13.7-16.1% SL); dorsal-fin base (12.0-13.1% SL); absence of irregular blotches on dorso-lateral surface of body; adipose-fin base (12.8-15.0% SL); post-adipose distance (20.8-22.2% SL); body (17.1-19.6% SL); serrated posterior margin of dorsal-fin spine; rhomboidal thoracic adhesive apparatus with a triangular central depression; anal-fin base (16.4-20.3 % SL), and inter orbital (23.6-26.0% SL) .: elongated; Cross section: oval.
