McMillan's whiptail (Coryphaenoides mcmillani), first described by Iwamoto & Shcherbachev, 1991 is a medium-sized fish in the family Macrouridae (order Gadiformes). Adults typically reach 34.00 cm in maximum length. It inhabits marine coastal and open-ocean environments. Recorded depth range: 817 to 1400 metres. It occurs in Deep-water waters. It feeds on a mix of small fish and invertebrates as a mid-level predator.
