Tiandeng cave loach (Balitora tiandengensis) is a ray-finned fish of the family Balitoridae. It inhabits freshwater waters. This species can reach a maximum total length of 4.7 cm. With a trophic level of 2.6, it is an omnivore, consuming both plant and animal matter.

This species is distinguished from its congeners by the following set of characters: two pairs of maxillary barbels; dorsal fin rays iii, 9; pectoral fin rays v, 12; pelvic fin rays ii, 7; anal fin rays i, 6; lateral-line scales 69-75; and 6-7 indistinctly separated transversely oval blotches on the dorsal side .: elongated; Cross section: oval.
