Bering wolffish (Anarhichas orientalis) is a ray-finned fish of the family Anarhichadidae. It inhabits marine (saltwater) waters in benthic environments. 🐟 Physical Description

Dorsal spines (total): 83 - 88; Anal spines: 0; Anal soft rays: 53 - 54. Four pairs of strong canines on anterior parts of both jaws; molar teeth on prevomerine and palatal bones and posterior part of lower jaw. Dorsal fin without soft rays. Pelvic fins absent.: elongated; Cross section: circular.
