Silvery White Fish (Anabarilius alburnops), first described by Regan, 1914 is a medium-sized fish in the family Cyprinidae (order Cypriniformes). Adults typically reach 29.00 cm in maximum length. It inhabits freshwater systems including rivers, streams, and lakes. It occurs in Subtropical waters. It is broadly omnivorous, taking invertebrates, plant matter, and detritus. On the IUCN Red List, it is classified as Endangered.The species is a species of conservation concern.

🐟 Physical Description
Anal soft rays: 11 - 15. Body color silvery white on sides of body but slightly darker on back and pale bellow. Back behind head slightly convex and then gradually straight rearward; length of head slightly longer than deep of body; snout pointed; lower jaw slightly projected .: elongated; Cross section: compressed.
